"Pos- Convenient location , clean room. Appreciated breakfast. Neg- Pool was closed and property could use a bit of sprucing up."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and more spacious than I expected. Breakfast, however, was terrible! No muffins or pastries, just plain white bread and stale biscuits. No Greek yogurt, just old-style (I watched four other guests check and then not take any). There was only a smidgen of milk, and the juice dispenser was either empty or impossibly hard to work. With only this available, I don't think it is fair to advertise that you have a continental breakfast!"

"Pool was freezing and had 2 tiny towels. We had issues with reservation on the first day. 3rd party app we used and somehow the hotel lady said my card did not go through even though I was sent a receipt for my payment. We had to wait a while until someone could call the hotel and confirm my reservation was paid for. They would not accept my receipt. Also someone complained about our baby and knocked on the door in the middle of the night mad bc our son woke up and cried. My husband ended up sitting in the car with him so we wouldn't get kicked out and the other kids could rest. Same angry guy then called the police on my husband for sleeping in the car with a baby!"

"Photos online look better than actual room and property. Upon arrival, I requested a first floor room so my ailing husband wouldn't have to climb the stairs. I was told only a manager could change room assignments. I checked back a little later and was told the same thing by a different employee. Also at check-in, I wasn't told breakfast times or Wifi information. I looked up the breakfast times online (which was incorrect), so the next morning we arrived at 9:05 and was told breakfast was over, so no food for us. Additionally, the carpeted floor in the room had a couple sticky spots, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable. All in all, a disappointing stay..."

"Worst time of my life saying at this place, the hot tub was broke when we arrived. Our suite was not ready then they gave us a room and then when we got to the room, it was filthy. Dirty was never made up then we had to go back and get keys for the another room they’re going to give us and then they said the next day we’ll have our suite walked up. The staff did not know nothing about it and then 20 minutes later they called and says all we got the suite ready but it’s upstairs and we’re just gonna put a roly bed in there so we just told them to bring it down here in the room we’re in already and it does not have an elevator so I will never stay at this place ever again"
