Very nice stay. The staff were great!!! Staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous! They actually read my special requests that I put in the comment section while making my reservations online. We were a little worried about staying at a place we hadn’t stayed at before, however it was like a hidden gem that we stumbled upon. When booking, we were given the choice of standard or a courtyard view for $5 more. The courtyard side has a door that slid open where there was chairs, games and beautiful view of the stars. The bathroom was spacious and had shower was you walked in. (That was one of my requests I had asked for was a walk-in shower). Upon check-in, they informed me that was what all the rooms had. Very nice! The beds slept well also. Pool, oh what a pool it was!!! Words can’t describe what the pool was like! It’s a lot bigger than an indoor pool that we had been to at a hotel. Almost seemed like 2-3 pools together! Very clean and kept up! The breakfast was like other hotel breakfast. It was ok. Overall, our stay here was great and I’m glad we took the risk and it worked out nicely! We will definitely be back!!

used to stay here regularly - not sure what's happened over the last couple of years but it disappointed that it has declined so much. Was in town for a wedding shower and UK game - checked in to find out that the bar and restaurant are closed and noowhere was this information shared in advance. Room was clean but the linens are dingy and tired - need to be updated. There is nothing in the minibar, and with no bar or restaurant on property, there should be amenities in room available. Elevators run extremely slow; stayed in 3rd floor in corner room and it took 5+ minutes to get the elevator, on a couple of occasions. Outside of the hotel - garbage, vomit - not maintained at all. Floors and paint throughout the hotel are all banged up and dingy. Mattress was comfortable and the HVAC controls worked well - not noisy. So sad to see this gem of a hotel going down the tubes.
