“My husband and I stayed for a week for our anniversary and would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get away from everything. The privacy and the nature surrounding you is just what we needed. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed by the window was amazing to open and just relax. The only thing to note is that there is not a dresser. We stayed a week so had to become crative for the clothes, but it did not take away all the cabin has to offer. we thoroughly……

“My friends and I had a great stay. Quiet location, exactly what we wanted. When we weren’t hiking, we were making simple meals, relaxing on the porch, or soaking in the hot tub. Practical notes: GPS may tell you the road is closed. It’s not. Roads in the area are narrow with little berm; some stretches are single-track. Take the listing’s warning about the walk from parking to the cabin seriously; it’s uphill. We had to make multiple trips. The property was clean and comfortable for the four……

“No hot water. Directions for hot water extremely vague. We tried everything and called everyone we knew to figure it out never did. Certainly had to make several trips to Dollar general in Walmart for blankets cleaning supplies washcloths to clean, rugs, something to keep the food cooking on the grill cuz it was just open and no charcoal. All of the wood was soaked. If the motion lights worked they would stand for 15 seconds and shut off. There were constants people writing motorcycles dirt……

“This cabin was everything we thought it would be and more. It was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The setting is private and peaceful with babbling creek, woods and birdsong. The screened in porch out the back was perfect for morning coffee and evening dining. We hope to return and would highly recommend to others.”
