The studio apartment is laid out as follows:

- KITCHEN AREA with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and table;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, closet, and flat-screen TV (32 inches);

- PRIVATE BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, and toilet;

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning with heat pump, vertical steamer, clothes rack, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00

30 EUR from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee.



Located near the lively Ballarò neighborhood, the apartment is ideal for discovering the most authentic side of Palermo. The Cathedral, the Norman Palace, the Palatine Chapel, Via Maqueda, and the Quattro Canti are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The Paolo Giaccone Polyclinic is within easy walking distance. With historic markets, street food, and traditional spots, you’ll experience the most authentic atmosphere of the historic center.
