I liked everything about the resort with the exception of checking in. The staff that checked me was not friendly. When I asked why $100 fee per night it was for incidentals which I thought was a lot. They did bring drinks pool side. However, two virgin pina coladas and one non-virgin margarita in what seemed like an 8oz cup for $50 is costly. I bought one latte and a breakfast croissant the next morning which was frozen and heated up in the microwave cost me $28.00. Also, it would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Overall, it is a nice resort.

Rooms were not acceptable . Firsts room we were given smelled like sewage, so bad that even the bellman suggested we move rooms . Bellman was kind and we had him upon checkout too which was nice . Second room was nice to begin with, but when we got back from dinner, the ceiling was leaking and dripping every 30 seconds or less . It made for a terrible nights sleep. We put a towel down to try to stop noise, but didnt help. Water was rusty coming down, and created a puddle in the hallway to the bathroom which was quite a hazard during nightly bathroom runs.

Hotel is great and staff is wonderful. I gave it a 4 star because rooms need to be updated. Carpet looks like it has been there since the hotel was built. Other than that great golf resort!!!!

This hotel is tucked away surrounded by the golf course. There is nothing around the hotel that is within walking distance so once you are at the resort, it's all about the resort and you are at the mercy of the amenities and restaurants onsite. The pool is lovely, but it was closed for a private event one afternoon/evening of our stay. The lobby bar is social but I waited 10 minutes to get a drink despite the bar staff seemingly doing nothing. The Japanese restaurant is a must do. Such a unique dining experience. I might have considered returning to this hotel but for the fact the beds are SO UNCOMFORTABLE! For me this was a dealbreaker and somewhat like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. My back barely endured our 3 night stay. We were told by staff that the beds are an issue for many. So my question is...why have they done nothing to remedy the issue? To me it shows total lack of respect for guest comfort.

Great golf destination, several course options, very convenient, staff and service were excellent. Great for a long weekend of golf, everything you need is on property. No reason to leave the property unless you want to experience other dining options.

One of my favorite resorts in the West Palm Beach area! Stayed in the golf course view room this time and it was very quiet / comfortable / relaxing! Great pool area with food and drink service. Can’t wait to go back
