The city of Palm Springs has strict rules for ALL vacation rentals to follow and we want to make sure you're aware of them. You will be provided information on it. There is no music allowed by the pool/spa except with the use of ear buds. We've never had a problem in our 15 years with noise and respect our neighbors. Also, the city limits 3 cars to our property for vacation renters (as do all rentals). Convenient parking behind motorized gates. Carport plus an additional area so you don't have to move cars around when someone wants out. We do not allow any parties or events due to insurance reasons and noise issues.
All staples are provided. We recommend you arrive at the house first to see what is needed. You only need groceries. We supply salon quality shampoo, liquid body soap, with hotel quality towels and linens. Hair dryers are in each bathroom. All laundry needs are provided including detergents. Ironing board and iron provided. Paper goods like paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided. Our kitchen is well stocked with most spices so check first before purchasing. You really only need your toothbrush and food. We have a coffee maker, Keurig and nespresso. You're going to find this is a high end upscale home with everything supplied to pamper your entire party.
