This four-bedroom home enjoys a commanding view of the nearby mountains, allowing you to take daily dips in the private pool, relax in the cascading spa, and grill and dine al fresco in a truly memorable setting. You'll find comfortable outdoor seating, including a fleet of seven poolside lounge chairs, a gas grill for your afternoon barbecues, and a patio canopy to provide a shady respite from the desert sun. At night, you can watch the sun sink below the San Jacinto Mountains, turn on a movie on the 48-inch HDTV, and have a restful night's sleep in one of the four bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and three with a queen-size bed apiece.

This home is located just over a mile northeast of the heart of Palm Springs, where you can spend your days dining at acclaimed restaurants, popping in and out of art galleries, and enjoying all sorts of nightlife along Palm Canyon Drive. Hikers will find scenic trails to explore in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south) and Indian Canyons (six miles south), while golfers will be a short drive from more than 100 world-class golf courses in the immediate area. In search of an unforgettable desert view? Be sure to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway only six miles west.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras mounted above the garage door and the front door. They face the driveway and the walkway to the front door.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
