Generell ist es ein schönes Hotel. Leider sind überall Ameisen zu finden. Das bedeutet nicht nur überall im Zimmer sondern auch im ganzen Hotel! Unsere Sachen waren total befallen mit ihnen und es war nicht möglich sich davor zu schützen. Weiterhin waren die Kissen im Bett schon benutzt und rochen nach schlechtem Parfum. Das Buffet bot eine unzureichende Auswahl an Essen. Es war alles frittiert oder allgemein sehr ungesund. Die Möglichkeit etwas halbwegs gesundes zu essen ohne viel Fett oder Fertigprodukte war leider nicht gegeben. Die Location in der Nähe der umliegenden Clubs zog entsprechendes Publikum auch im Hotel an.

It was a really pleasant holiday, with great food and service. The room was clean and bright. The only thing is it’s located in a noisy street with couple of large pubs full of drunk people. But anyway you can walk away and enjoy the Palma beach.

Cleanliness was great, food excellent, pools felt crowded. Younger german guests let the property down with their behaviour which made my 13 year old daughter feel anxious & intimidated on several occasions such as being approached when on her own and also worried about taking the lift .

Not a true "all-inclusive".
Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Good Wifi signal available. Buffet restaurants offer an ample food selection. Only drawback is that this place is not a true "all-inclusive" since alcoholic beverages must be purchased separately. Alcoholic beverages are only inclusive during the dinner buffet. This fact is not mentioned during booking and is misleading.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, they were always very nice and helpful. Every single person that worked at the hotel would speak to you and say good morning every day. At breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was very quick to clear the table and clean the table for you and was always there waiting to help you if you needed it. The hotel has three different pools, and it is a very nice vibe at all of the pools. I mean the hotel was very clean and it seemed to have a lot of new equipment. I do think that the gym could use an upgrade and have some better equipment, and the Buffay food was good, but it would have been nice for them to switch up the food a little bit more. Because the food was a little bit repetitive. But besides that the overall stay at the hotel was amazing and I would definitely recommend staying here. The only reason I’m giving this hotel 4 stars is because I wish the gym was better and I wish the food was a little bit better, but besides that everything else was amazing.
