"Great staff but the hotel Is looking run down, and could use some repairs."

"I booked online with Hotels.com When I got to the hotel I started unpacking my car and was met by a gentleman that asked me if I was checking in, He told me the hotel was all booked for the night. I was confused because he looked like a hotel guest who was just hanging outside for the evening since he had a case of beer and was wearing a sweat suit and slides.
