Great staff at The Lake House. If you want to feel over the top service with plenty of communication from The Lake House then this is your place. Breakfast was really good. I'm sorry I was there less than 12 hours. They definitely make sure everything is ok with your stay. I'll be back again when I can stay longer.

A fabulous stay at the Lake House!
Who would think that CANANDAIGA LAKE in the winter could be so much fun! Just 25 minutes to Bristol Mountain if you like to ski. Come back to the spa and have the wine barrel sauna, or hot tub and swim in the heated pool. We have to mention outstanding service from Ian at the front desk and Fletcher at the door to greet us. They are both outstanding workers! We will be back.

Forget about the pool and hot tub
Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance without any prior announcement. We were only able to sleep in this hotel but couldn't use the amenities. The front desk person apologized for the inconvenience, but it was obvious that even that wasn't sincere.
