Read In entirety. Room was beautiful and clean. Deal breaker - whole hotel was without water pressure for the majority of our overnight stay. Unable to flush toilet. I took a shower in a soft trickle of water. What made this harder to take was when front desk staff was notified - NO compensation or credits to the casino were offered. I am thinking this is not a first time occurrence. My husband and I are living apart due to work… so our time together is precious. Del Lago was a complete let down. We won’t be returning.

Very few options for dining. And the main restaurant closed at 8 or 9. There isn't much around the area so I probably wouldn't stay there again.

It was a good time, but I have been here before and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms has declined. We walked in to napkins and some other garbage on the ground in the bed area, bathroom wasn’t in the best shape either. For $400 a night, I expected a little more as far as cleanliness.

The property was very well kept. We were not pleased a facility that calls itself a resort yet has no pool or hot tub. There is only one sit down restaurant which opens late in the morning for breakfast. We are older very early risers. Portico is opened only on days we weren't there. We live in CT with real casinos a large variety of dining establishments. Sadly, We left the facility for all our meals. The afternoon the facility lost power and went on generator, the Sociale staff was unable to serve any of us food. They actually asked us to leave. The casino food court restaurants had figured out how to serve us. Fast food is better than no food. The hallways and lobby needed vacuuming after we were there for 2 days. All in all not a great stay.
