Big Blue Beach Beauty at the Big Chill

We had a great time at this wonderful beach house in a great location! We have stayed in this area last year and this year did not disappoint. This house is as described (large, clean and beautiful) and Vicki was great to communicate with. We had an issue with the a/c working properly upstairs, Vicki was very responsive and acted quickly to get it serviced and working properly again. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

30A Always amazing

This is our second family vaca in this house. We love the location and roominess of the house. It’s our 4th year in Prominence. You can’t beat the location and the Big Chill. This house is large enough for our big family. Clean, comfy beds, everything we needed!

Fabulous house for our Thanksgiving break!

We loved our stay at the Big Blue Beach House! Great location near the Big Chill for the guys to keep up with the game. Most of the crew enjoyed to TurkeyTrot on 30A. We were able to snag two fresh turkeys Wednesday afternoon at the Publix nearby. Loved Black Friday sales in Seaside. Fun shopping in Rosemary Beach. Loved the house-perfect for our crew of eight. Kitchen was great. Will definitely want to stay at the Big Blue Beach House in the future!❤️

Fall Break

We had a very nice day… This was the second time we’ve stated this property… There are a few things that needs to be brought to the owners attention… Upstairs …the ventilation is not great ..the third bedroom which has the adjacent bath… It stays really hot in that room And is uncomfortable at night The front doors do not shut well and many times we would come home and they would be open or at night when we woke up in the morning they would be open… even after locking…Very unsecure! Also, you could use some wine glasses in the kitchen… I mentioned this last summer when we stayed… Overall, we enjoyed the property and we enjoy staying there… Thank you!

Perfect Vacation

We loved this property!! It was clean, very spacious, and a great location to the pool, Bigchill, and beaches. We voted as a family and will definitely be back!! Some wish there were more TV’s but it’s probably better with just 2. The host was great to communicate with. It’s was the perfect place for the perfect vacation!

The perfect get away

The big blue beach house was the perfect property to stay on for our vacation, The house is even better in person. There was enough room for everyone to sleep and relax comfortably. Out of all the properties we’ve stayed in prominence this one is our favorite.

Family Vacation

The house was fantastic and exactly like the pictures. The only discrepancy in the description was about the TVs; it stated that there were TVs in every room, but there were only TVs in the family room and master bedroom. Nonetheless, the check-in process and the house itself were hassle-free. The location across from The Big Chill was perfect, providing easy access to various food options, shopping, and events.

Beautiful Home!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! The home is absolutely beautiful, well stocked, perfect location & very clean! The owner was great to work with & responded quickly to any questions I had prior to our stay. We have stayed at quite a few places in Prominence but this was our first time staying in a home.. we would definitely stay here again & it was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed so far!

Great stay

This was our first time to 30A and we had a great vacation. The house was better in person and had plenty of room for our party of 9. We reached out to Vicki several times both before and during our stay and she was always quick to respond. We rented a golf cart during our stay. You can only rent a golf cart from one place and Adam was great to deal with. I was worried the golf cart would be more expensive then other places however this was not the case. The location is right next to the Big Chill which all the kids enjoyed.

Great Place! Great Location!

We’ve been coming to 30A for the last 8 years and this year by far was our favorite stay. The place was spacious, clean and as advertised. Only drawback is no golf cart or bikes available with rental but you can rent those locally. Owner communicated well and responded back in a timely manner regarding questions about the property. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We just checked out today. And overall are very pleased with everything about this home. It’s a very convenient location close to everything. Spotless from the inside. Owner made the whole process very smooth and seamless for us. Great communication right from the beginning. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

We had a blast staying at Big Big Blue! The house was open and airy and best of all clean. The location was incredible, we were walking distance to the big chill. We will be back!
