Perfect for our family of 5!

We loved this resort. Our room was so nice, open, but also private. The balcony was the best. We met so many of the other guests throughout our stay and everyone was very nice and friendly. Owner was great at communicating and providing instructions. Our first time staying here and we will definitely be back!

Girls Trip to PCB

Absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was a corner unit with 2 master bedrooms with a view of the beach! This was our spring "girls trip" (over 60). This unit was in the East building over the pool and lazy river. The water could not have been more perfect during this stay! I will stay here in the future if available. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Great vacation spot for children and adults!!

We were on the beach, 16 floors up, beautiful view every morning. Close to shopping area and food!! I would definitely recommend for couples with small children. Safe environment with plenty to do!!

Very nice property.

So relaxing

The place was clean, stocked with all living comforts, the beds were comfy along with the pillows provided. The view was amazing with a huge balcony. It was peaceful and a nice area with a friendly environment. The beach was gorgeous and plenty of pool areas to be in our own bubbles.

Family trip

Condo was very clean and bigger than I expected. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. We loved the large balcony and amazing view! Host was quick to respond and checked in with us during our stay. This was our first visit at Splash and would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful condo!

Absolutely wonderful condo! Owner really thought of all the extra things to make your stay perfect! Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Balcony on 16th floor is absolutely huge and amazing! Room was super clean. Resort is fabulous and having beach service included was so nice. Definitely would book again!

Lovely home!

Had an excellent week at this property. Great location. Quiet and beautiful beach. Pool and splash pad were big hits with the kiddos. Wish cafe/bar was open but did understand it was off season. Condo was quiet and clean. Needs a bit of upkeep maintenance, but nothing that bothered our stay. Owner was excellent to talk with and had helpful solutions. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked! There were beach toys and chairs. Ideal for families. Porch sunsets were perfection! Would stay here again!

Great condo

Very nice condo, spacious -clean and nicely furnished -we stay in PCB a lot and these are some of the most comfortable beds. Location is nice and it’s great that the access to the beach is so close when you have toddlers it beats having to drag everything so far - parking and getting to the room isn’t as complicated as some other properties we have stayed at. Had good communication with owner and overall would recommend this condo - loved that it was on the corner as well the balcony was very spacious

One of our Favs

We have stayed at many properties and this room is prob our fav so far. The balcony is amazing! The rooms/baths setup is great! Our almost 3 yr old did not like the actual Splash section of the property. It is extremely loud and kinda rains all the time so bring goggles if you have little ones. We would def stay here again!

PCB spring break vacation

Overall wonderful property! Great location by the beach and loved the large deck. Only downside was it wasn’t super clean. The trundle bed when we pulled it out was covered in crumbs from something and under the sink in both bathrooms you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Someone had missing earrings under there and lots of dirt and debris.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this unit! 16th floor is definitely higher than we want to stay next time, but the unit itself was good. It was nice & clean and the beds were comfy, although there were dips in the middle of the mattress. We had plenty of room and beds. The kids loved the HUGE pull out couch, with room for all 5 of them (the baby stayed with us) to sleep, if they chose to. There’s also bunk beds, a trundle, and 2 king beds, though, so we weren’t lacking for beds!

Family Friendly Spring Break

The condo was absolutely pristine and comfortable! I loved that there were two ocean front master suites! My friend and I brought our children for spring break and it worked out perfectly that we both had equally great bedrooms! The bunks were a perfect space for our 10 year old boys! I was a little nervous about staying so high up at such a large resort but the elevators were quick and efficient no long waits for them! The pools were heated which were a plus for the colder days! The beach chairs that were included were perfect as well! I definitely recommend this property and would certainly stay here again. We loved that it was on the quieter end of PCB and that it was such a family friendly atmosphere!

Great Condo!

We had some random things pop up during our stay and the host was very responsive. The balcony was beautiful and the kitchen was well furnished - including a nice set of pans. (Sounds specific but we've had a lot of cruddy pans in our day!) The washer and dryer were large capacity and efficient - much needed with two families (9 people!). The layout is a good use of space and it was nice having a couch large enough for all of us to sit down! (Again- we've had a lot of small couches in our day!) The checkout expectations were the minimal basic and not the super-long-lists you see at some places now. The property itself was great- pools are wonderful for the double-red flag beach days and the on-site dining and drink options were very convenient. We even used the gas grills one night to cook steaks and shrimp. Would definitely stay with this host again!

Wedding/Christmas

We come down to stay for a wedding and extended our stay thru Christmas. The condo is beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone. My dad is handicap and he had no problems getting around the condo or property. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owners made sure we could get into the property and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. We can’t wait to come back! We have stayed at Splash yearly since 2016 and I have not had a condo that I have stayed in twice. We hope to get back in this one this coming year!

The vacation we always hoped for

The unit was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided. Loved the “unit extras” for the kids and us to enjoy! No stairs in the unit to worry about, which was important with bad knees and younger grand babies with us. The only down side of the location was that there was a storm drain just above the property that dumped black gunk in the ocean after it rained; not the property owners fault obviously, but still we had to go above the drain to enjoy the beach several days. Still it was everything we hoped it would be and will definitely be back again!

Two bedrooms facing the beach

We have stayed at Splash several times. We like these units the best because both bedrooms face the ocean with sliding doors to the deck. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of pans and dishes.What we didn’t like, although clean, it is in need of updating. It needs to be painted and the living room chair is filthy and stinks. There was only five hangers in the closet. There was no salt & pepper, no spices, aluminum foil or plastic wrap, etc. We bought hangers for both closets, and left them along with salt and pepper and some air freshener. It may need the filters replaced because the thermostat said the air quality was “poor”.We stayed for two weeks and would consider renting this unit again.

Gulf views 😍

Our host has been fantastic through the whole process of booking and into us leaving. Communication is easy with Robin and friendly. The room was good and accommodating for our needs. The cleanliness of the property itself and hallways/elevator need attention. No staff on sight, no one to check in with. They were closed an hour before the closed date. Also had to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags as there wasn’t enough on hand. Overall it was a descent stay. None of this affected the enjoyment of being right on the gulf, corner room with awesome views.

Large two buildings in splash resort

The apartment was nice huge space. Had all necessary dishes and everything worked. Only sliding bathroom doors had problems locking one screw was out and it was impossible to lock. But these doors are all same in every place. I gave it 4 stars for overall for one reason only. No handicap ramp its hard to pull the cart on stairs. There was even guy in wheelchair wanting to get down i wonder if they had any options for him to get to beach. Kids pool is nice, beach bar had some great food. Location is not far from pier. No restaurants or bars around or within walking distance., but everything is minutes away driving .

Great location, beautiful resort. Easy check-in process. Only downsides the bunk bed had a broken bottom piece and one of the sinks in the master room was slow to drain. The water in the splash area is freezing though!!
