Welcome to Emerald Beach 2128!

Our condo is a one bedroom two bath beach residence with twin bunks in the bunk area. We comfortable sleep up to 6 people because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home.
We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:

Like the Location and gulf view
The check in was painful. The door code didn’t work and had to be changed after several phone calls requesting help. The toilets were not flushing properly and maintenance repaired the next day. The beds were very comfortable. The boys loved the bunks. We loved having the beach access so close. Traffic was a challenge because of spring break, but everyone was happy and enjoying the scenery, restaurants, and bars. I would stay here again.

Overall the condo was depressing. Visible dirt/dust coming from louver door for furnace. Black mold on both shower heads and the shower curtain liners were dangerously too long. Extremely basic, needs updating.

ON TOP OF THE BEACH!! Amazing views, beautiful, well equipped condo.... would give this 5 stars but the Master bed mattress has been worn slap out, and the master bath needs some upgrades with at min a new shower head... But we have recommended this to some friends, and we will be back it it is open! Excellent property and amenities!

Beautiful sites and nice view from the 21st floor just wished we could have washed our clothes before headed home dryer knobs were off and wished they would have supplied more toilet paper and paper towels but wasn't bad there was a Walmart close so left some extras maybe add some shampoo and conditioner and body wash dispensers in the showers since alot of people fly in. Over all our family enjoyed our stay.

It was absolutely gorgeous!!! The price was comparable to a hotel which was crazy to me because the view was stunning! The condo was super clean. The kitchen was wonderful. We had three small children with us as well. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this location. The views were stunning and as expected. The few cons we had: 1. We did not get proper instructions about parking and access to our actual building. Lucky we asked an attendant. 2. We did not receive garage entry code. We had to ask staff that happened to be walking by to help. 3. We were only supplied with 2 total rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. 4. The bath tub in the bedroom was unsually tall off the ground. We had to hold the wall to step in and out for fear of falling. 5. The master bed mattress was worn and not at all comfortable.

Great Pool for 3 Year old
There is 2 pools and 1 is very shallow kind of like a splash pad. Great for my 3 year old and had games with large pool for my 6 year old.

The unit definitely has a beautiful view on the beach/ocean, but that was the only positive thing about my stay. The online description and pictures of the unit was very misleading in comparison to the actual condition. The unit is outdated with old and stained appliances. The furniture was dirty and scuffed. The floors were nasty and haven’t been mopped or vacuumed. I chose this property based on the pictures and description unfortunately I was very disappointed. Navigating from the parking deck and to and from the beach/pool was challenging. Nice view of the ocean but will not stay at this location again.

It was an enjoyable experience. There are couple of things i want to suggest. One is to check all the stuffs before new people comes in. One stove was not working. Ice cooling was not working. The marble on sink was damaged. Even though it did not affect our staying that much but it would be better if you guys take care of these things.Also, there are so many stuffs you need to upgrade.

Nice but bad checkin
Checkin was a nightmare and communication was slow. Took a while to get my checkin information and then when I got it they failed to tell me there was another code for early checkin. We had to wait outside our room waiting for someone to call back. Place was nice. Location is good.

The property was nice. We always enjoy Emerald Beach Resort. Beautiful view from 21st floor.
I would say that overall our stay was good. I found it strange that there were NO comforters on any of the beds. For the price I think that even small beach chairs would be available, like the other condos we have rented there. We spent extra money to rent chairs and umbrella, buy toilet paper, and trash bags. The washing machine does not have a dial to change the load size, so had to do several small loads during our 7 night stay. The refrigerator ice maker does NOT work. The sliding glass door was super hard to open and close. I couldn't move it. My husband or son had to let me in and out of the balcony. I would also like to say that in the past, our hosts have taken the time to check in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We received a text the day we were to check-in and never heard from them again. There was no personal touch, just a financial transaction.
