Thermostats are locked so I hope you are comfortable with there temp. Comforters need to be washed or changed. Other than that its a great location an a awesome room with great views.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! Brian was an outstanding host, readily available to assist us with anything we needed. The penthouse was exactly as it appeared in the photos—spacious and comfortable—making it the perfect setting for our group of 12. We never felt cramped, which is a huge plus! The only enhancement I could think of would be having a pantry to store food, but honestly, that was a minor detail compared to the overall experience. The elevators could be a little tricky at times, but with a bit of planning, we figured out the best times to use them. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back for another unforgettable stay!

Amazing place

10/10 stay, only thing that we could complain is the elevators do for sure get hot being all the way at the top and having to wait to go down, but other than that we have no complaints! Amazing view and plenty of space for a family trip.

The condo was great except the kids room was very warm. Adorable space- just right for our family. The view was great!! I love the top floor. But when Both elevators went out, which was a bit of and issue throughout the stay, I got my leg workout for sure. But for me that kinda stuff just happens sometimes. It was nice to be able to communicate with the owner in a timely fashion- rare these days.

Incredible!

Truly one of the best vacations my family has ever had! The location was perfect. The check in and out process was so easy. The resort is family oriented and well kept. It’s on the quiet side of PCB. The condo itself was incredible from the moment we walked in. The view is breathtaking. The beds were so comfy. It had everything you would need. The host was so nice and responded quickly when messaged regarding the resort loosing power the morning of checkout and I was concerned we wouldn’t be able to leave on time. 10 out of 10 recommend and we can’t wait to stay again!

Great place for kids.

Splash Resorts was an excellent property with kids of all ages. Had a great outdoor pool area mostly covered to allow for enjoyment if the weather or waters weren’t in the best place.The space we stayed in was very room and clean for a family of 10. The property owners were excellent and quick in communications for any questions even prior to the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway

This amazing property was the perfect escape for a week. A home away from home (but with an even better view). Only one minor property issue and the response of management and maintenance was so fast - Incredibly satisfied with our experience!

Unit is perfect for families

This unit was perfect for our family of 6! We appreciated the covered parking and the in unit washer and dryer. The view from the top floor was amazing and we highly recommend this owner. The building is older but very clean. The beach access is simple and easy to navigate with the kids! Unfortunately, someone hit our rental car in the parking garage pretty badly and did not report the damage. Terrible people are everywhere tho. There were no cameras to assist. We would definitely visit again.

Condo was beautifully decorated, beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, kids loved the Xbox!! Breathtaking views of both the sunrise and the sunset. Kids really enjoyed the waterpark! We will definitely stay again!!

Perfect for families

We booked this property for our (large) family vacation and it was perfect! We had kids of all ages and everyone was able to enjoy themselves. Very clean property, direct communication with owner, excellent pool area, and phenomenal views!

The penthouse stay

Relaxing, kid friendly, comfortable, and everything is right there. We had the best time and will be back. The elevator did mess up and we had to wait a while for That and it’s hot and crowded in the elevator with everyone using one, but I’m sure it’s fixed by now. The pools and water park was so much fun, the tiki bar is great for mock tails and grub, and the sunsets are out of this world from the penthouse.

Brian a good communicator

We enjoyed our stay other than the dishwasher being broken, but Brian was quick to get the problem resolved and we were pleased with his responsiveness. The place wasn't as clean as I would like, but it was livable. Overall a nice condo.
