Great rental experience

Loved it!!

We absolutely loved this condo!!! This place is gorgeous & the deck was huge!! Everything looked exactly like the photos we viewed upon booking the condo. The owners were so nice & quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. We will definitely stay here again!!!

So much to like!

Our 3 generation family (ages 1-72) spent 5 days here and enjoyed them immensely. We spent many comfortable hours on the large deck facing the beach. The sleeping arrangement worked well for our group of 6, and the beds were very comfortable. The condo was as advertised. If Panama City Beach is your destination, this unit will not disappoint!

Beautiful view

Property view is beautiful. So close to the water. Overall it was clean but slightly dated in some areas. We will revisit this place again in the future.

Breathtaking views from every angle

The condo was very spacious, nicely decorated and the location was perfect. Breathtaking views of the ocean from every angle. The beach was never crowded and the condo being on the 2nd floor meant no waiting for elevators although there is one if needed. Communication with the hosts was great and they always responded very quickly to any questions. We would definitely like to stay again next year in this lovely condo.

Family Beach Vacarion

Great location and quieter area in Panama City Beach! We wanted a place with a pool, balcony with ocean view and enough bedrooms for 2 adults and kids. This place checked all the boxes. It would benefit from some updates to the patio doors, and extras like trash bags, dish towels, etc. be provided as most people don’t want to buy a whole pack for a week, or less (read the list of what’s provided before you go). Overall our stay was great, location was just what we wanted, and the view can’t be beat!

Family getaway

We had some difficulty getting instructions to access the unit prior to checking in due to a mix up but once contacted the owners quickly provided the information. Our unit was not cleaned when we arrived (part of the mix up previously mentioned) but the owners quickly had cleaning staff in the unit and had it cleaned with little to no disruption. We had a very enjoyable stay in the unit and would consider staying there again in the future.

Weber Family Summer 2024

Another summer vacation in the books! We traveled down from Illinois with a couple of other families staying in Aqua Vista and other places. In all there were 20+people. This condo was absolutely spectacular. We texted with the owners upon arrival with a couple of housekeeping inquiries and they followed through with instructions immediately. The views, beach access, and accommodations were wonderful. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Perfect beach location

This condo was perfect for our family of 3 teen/young adults. Great view and deck and had everything you will need. We love staying at Aquavista. The beach is not crowded and close to good restaurants and the Winn Dixie. There is road construction right outside the condo and they are working on the exterior of Aquavista now but it did not cause any problems.

Spacious condo, awesome beach

The condo had a great feel for my family of five, we never felt crowded. Cleaning service definitely could have been better, there was food left in refrigerator from previous guest, cigarettes on balcony floor and dead bugs in second bath. The balcony was very large and nice, but with smokers next to us, and teens blaring music sometimes it was unable to be used at times. The beach was awesome, even during July 4th week it was not crowded at all on the beach. It was still a very nice condo and would recommend.

Beautiful Place

We arrived and the unit had not been cleaned. The owner was very accommodating with this issue and responded very quickly. The unit was very nice and loved loved the large deck. The beach was not crowded at all and was so nice. The elevator was out of order only after my sister was stuck in it for 30mis and then our food was stuck for another 45 mins. Other than those few things it was a wonderful stay and would stay again.

Couples trip

We are just returning from our third booking in just over a year. I am already looking at future dates. The property is so conveniently located. U can walk to the grocery, liquor and drug stores. There are great restaurants and seafood market closed by. The beach is beautiful, private and just a few steps away. Parking is beneath the condo so we always throw our chairs in the truck and don’t lug them to the room.the balcony is huge and my favorite part. Every time we go we notice an upgrade. This time it was blackout shades in the bedrooms and recliners on the balcony. The owners are just on the spot responsive. We can’t say enough about them or this space.. it is exactly as described.

Girls trip

the property was exactly as pictured. The balcony was amazing. The beach was very private. We parked in front of the unit and dumped our beach chairs in our truck every day. There was a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store directly across the street. We did not even get in our car to go over we just walk. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could stand several nights. There were six of us and we flip very easily in the unit. The owner was great. I definitely want to plan a family trip there with my adult children next summer. I hope I can get this unit again.

Great Spot in PCB

We had a great stay at Aquavista. We liked the fact there are not as many units/floors so waiting for an elevator was never an issue. The property is in a good location with a grocery store, pharmacy, and a seafood market all close by. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and communication with the owner was very easy. We definitely enjoyed our time in PCB.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The condo is great! Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of beach toys. The beds are very comfortable and the balcony is huge with a table large enough for the whole family to eat at. The beach is large with ample space to set up canopies and umbrellas. The parking garage even has car wash station so you can clean the salt off every time you head out. Beth and Shawn were great, they responded immediately every time we would text and even let us check in early. I would definitely stay there again! This doesn't have anything to do with condo, just venting i guess. We were not allowed in the water once the entire stay. Double red flags every day. I understand rip currents are dangerous and why the water needed to be closed, its just difficult to pay that amount of money to stay in a condo on the beach and not be able to enjoy the ocean. Lifeguards actually rolled by on loud speakers saying "ankle deep is too deep" and told my 8 year old that "mommy and daddy will get a $500 fine if i see you fill up your bucket again". I kind of feel like PCB should reimburse, at least partially when the water is closed for your entire stay.

Gulf Coast Jam Trip!

Stunning views and a great location!! The huge patio on the back facing the ocean was a highlight of each morning!! Super close to Pier Park with shopping and restaurants. The private beach access was an added bonus!

Beautiful

We loved our stay at Aqua. The best part is the private beach. This is a low rise which was great for our 84 yr old Grandmother. Everyone’s favorite part was the balcony. BUT let me say, it would have been nice to be told regarding the construction. That was the most annoying part is hearing drilling all day. Also, the road and entry work sucked so bad. We have a suburban and getting in and out was a nightmare. But, regardless of all they we will be returning. We met some owners who said the remodeling on the outside should be done by mid 2023. The owner of this condo (forgive me I cannot remember her name) is so very kind and also worth returning. She made sure our vacation was perfect and that everything was ready always in contact and never hard to reach. Our family of 6 adults and two children had plenty of room. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful place. We will be back Lord willing summer of 23’.

Condo review

Issues - Floor was not clean....all out feet were black after walking barefoot on the tile. Windows - dirty or streaked up - the largest window had some type of foggy streak marks which was an ugly sight to view outside. Front bathroom - commode seat had a crack which would pinch your skin when sitting. Smell - when we arrived there was an awful fishy/foul order in the condo, which did go away after couple of days.
