There are construction workers on-site during the day, several stairways are closed, and there is dust throughout the property; I would not recommend staying here if you have allergies. Cleanliness was also an issue. The shower was not clean and still had hair from the previous guest, and our towels were never changed during our stay. “This was a much needed property after returning from our hike in Acatenango. Unique, high end finishes and amenities. The linens and personalized body washes/soaps smell AMAZING. The personal chef is so friendly and the food was great. I love the view of Fuego right outside the master’s bedroom window, you can see the eruptions!! This is a fairly new property with a gated entrance into what I believe is an upcoming community. ”

“La habitación estaba ordenada, pero me tocó la 101 y desprendía la coladera un olor un poco desagradable, como sugerencia creo q una tapa plástica sería buena opción para tapar la coladera de la regadera, las ventanas no tienen mosquiteros y tampoco las puertas están protegidas en la parte de abajo por lo q la primer noche entró una cuca q venía de la parte trasera, la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado solo un ventilador pequeño que estaba sucio.
