“This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. “We had a great time at the Road Runner Resort. The house was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Would have loved to spend time on the upper deck, but it was a bit cold and also the chairs were dirty. I can see how, as there are birds everywhere and it would be impossible to keep it clean. We were glad there weren't a lot of people as we happened to be right next to the pool and it might have gotten noisy, but would still have been fun! “The host Sandro was easy to work with and kept open communication with quick responses.The home was just awesome and felt welcoming as soon as you entered. Very spacious and clean inside and out. Spent the evenings out back on the patio and in the fireplace area that was on higher ground and steps away. Loved the back yard layout and the pets really enjoyed exploring. “Property was very accommodating to our group of 8, more than enough space Very clean all basic need are available. Was an extremely hot weekend house was cool every time no ossues with ac, host are pretty generous with their cooling ranges. We ate out most every night, it was nice that the house location is str It is on a main street so street parking is not feasible. The driveway can easily accommodate 3 to 4 cars. We had the boat and trailer just the first night we were able to get it off……
