“banana and milk is great”

“It’s a nice concept. Wait staff were horrible, to the degree that it felt uncomfortable to order. Room was not as shown, stained curtains, bugs, filthy patio, and dirty grout in the bathroom. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money, most of the “beach” area was restricted for private boat rental. The outside looked better Than the rooms on the inside. Would never stay here or suggest. I ended the trip early. It felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.”

“I like the setting of structure, very comfortable, looks like a “home”. The front desk and the gold coach is very impressive. Clean and beautiful!”

“Place is kinda chaotic or maybe the people I had been that day is chaotic??? Place smells old, and smoke of cigarettes. Breakfast is basic ones (like, cereal , bread and juice). The place is near in lake Hasavu though . Not really satisfied 😕.”

“Went to stay here they couldn’t find my reservation then told me Expedia”

“This property is excellent! Even better than the photos. Our only hiccup was that the door code wasn’t sent and we had to message the host. They got right back to us. This was not our first choice, we had booked a less expensive property, but was canceled on just two days before because the air conditioner went out VRBO Cares helped us find this property in the same community. Location and amenities drew us to this property. The linens were exceptional, I want those sheets for my bed! Also……

“What a lovely place to stay after a long day visiting with family and being in the HOT sun! It was a beautiful property, quiet neighborhood and all-around comfortable place to stay. I'm a hard to please type of person, but his property really blew me away. Every time we head to Havasu, I plan on seeing if we can book this place. What a gem!”
