“Room floors were very dusty. Asked the desk staff to get cleaned. Never happened. Just asked the housekeeping people for a floor wash on our way out for the day they did a wonderful job. New towels clean beds and floors clean.
Breakfast was hit and miss. Need more staff when busy. No knives for much of the 2 weeks. Out of pastries. Juice not filled. Water empty. Need better service in breakfast. But loved our stay other than that. Pool was great..but need some umbrellas and loungers. I would……
