“The host at the front desk was so helpful and gave us couple of things to do which were so much fun!”

“Our room was on the 2nd floor facing west, the train wakes you up around 10ishpm along with another one around 11pm. Our room was not clean, it appeared our room was just not well kept. Most of our time was away from our hotel, with family at the local casino resort, next time we’ll definitely consider paying for the casino resort.”

“The pillows could use some updating. The bedding seemed very clean though. The room was decent size for what I needed it for, which was to sleep and keep my stuff in one space. The bathroom shower was a bit rough and peeling away at the surface, but I just needed a shower. More things happened that were bothersome, but they said they were short staffed on the cleaning, and right now, I don’t have the energy or feel the need to complain. If the hotel wants to know the deal, I can tell them……
