Quaint, family-owned boutique hotel near the picturesque harbor of Paros. Only a few minutes walk to town, abundance of restaurants, catch a ferry for a day trip to a near by island. Although minimal amenities available, Evangelos was always willing to assist and make our stay comfortable. He helped arrange a car rental which was delivered directly to the hotel and free parking.

Very lovely hotel, I had an amazing stay! The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly, and even helped me arrange a taxi to the airport when mine cancelled last minute. Highly recommend Kokoon!

Our stay at Kokoon was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our room was kept very clean. While there is no parking area directly on site, the staff let us move the no parking sign so we were able to park right in front when available. Easy access to the port, walking distance from the main shops in Parikia and nearby coffee shops.

We enjoyed Kokoon - it is a charming property with helpful, friendly staff and cute, if compact, accommodations. Perfect location!! For us, the bed was too firm, which was our only complaint, but, they do provide a thick quilt, which we ended up putting on the mattress top, and that softened the bed enough to resolve the problem for us. There are not really any amenities outside of a nicely appointed room and a fab location (no pool or sun chairs) but, you are near Lividia beach (just 3 blocks away), so there is that! Catch the local bus and the ferries just a short walk away and enjoy great meals at Almíra and Mirmitzelí nearby, as well. Definitely recommend this charming hotel.

Really helpful and friendly staff. View of the harbour from our upstairs room and balcony. Easy walk to port,buses old city or sandy beach the other way. Bathroom pretty small but room had a goid feel.

Wonderful stay at Kokoon. Very lush looking hotel and very clean. Location is amazing if you wish to remain close to the ferry station in Parikia and still walk around everywhere. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will visit again. Thank you again.

I just checked out from Kokoon this morning, after staying four nights there. It's a beautiful small (just 21 rooms) boutique hotel in the northern part of downtown Parikia, where there are many other small hotels. I loved the minimalist chic decor, the sea view from my room, and the darling/friendly/helpful staff. Very walkable to waterfront shops and restaurants as well as a couple of beach clubs (if, like me, you like your beach with sun beds, umbrellas, and cocktails/food). My one caveat would be, if you arrive by ferry with several bags as I did, the walk isn't nearly as easy as the hotel's email implies. Get a cab! (If you don't have many bags, it's totally doable.)
