Staff was very friendly. We were shocked to have found GF breakfast items provided that’s not just fruit…real breakfast food! That is so hard to come by in hotel continental breakfasts. Thank you!

The room was very clean. The staff was nice, they offered us a to go breakfast at 3:30 am when we needed to catch our flight. The only downfall was that we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub as there were dozens of kids and teens, playing but screaming very loudly. The room the pool is in is quite echo-y and our ears were hurting from all the screaming so we left. I understand this isn’t the hotel’s fault but a quieter environment in the pool area would have been nice.

Cute little gem
The hotel was clean, room was good. The front desk was more than accommodating when it came to our rooms. The housekeepers were friendly and tried to understand with the limited English. Breakfast was great and so was the older lady who runs it. The restaurant is convenient.

A cute little place to stay.

Another guest before us left their dirty socks under the tv stand. I just picked them up and threw away. I let front desk know, maybe pay attention to a little more detail in house keeping. Overall great place to stay and will again. Thank you.

Every about our 3-night stay was excellent, from the room size and cleanliness, to the breakfast and restaurant meals, including pleasant and helpful staff who seemed to be enjoying their jobs, to the great indoor pool and jacuzzi for relaxing while the bitter winter howled outside.

I love this place. Will not stay anywhere else when i go to the tri cities. Love the staff. And love they have a little store in the hotel. Great spread on breakfast. And always nice and clean.

The hotel overall is clean and the staff friendly. Our only complaints are uncomfortable beds, breakfast was not great, and you can hear and feel people walking around. We were on the 3rd floor, so maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad on the main floor. Overall okay, which is why it was 3 stars.
