House Rules:

1. No Pets: We kindly request that you do not bring any pets to the property. To maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests, we strictly enforce a no-pet policy. Violation will result in a $250 fee.

2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and within the premises. Please smoke outside, across the street, and dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers. Violation will result in a $250 fee.

3. Respectful Noise Levels: Please be mindful of neighbors by keeping noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Excessive noise may result in the enforcement of local noise ordinances.

4. Washing Sheets: Our professional cleaning team will handle all laundry tasks. Please do not wash the sheets before check-out, but we appreciate your cooperation in tidying up and placing used towels in the designated area.

5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the reservation. Please respect this limit to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone.

6. Respect for Property: Please treat our home with care and respect. Report any damages, breakages, or missing items immediately. Any issues caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the guest.

7. Check-in and Check-out: Early check-ins or late check-outs may be possible upon request and subject to availability. Please communicate your arrival and departure plans in advance.
