Little disappointed, checkin receptionist less than helpful, we were just told “not in main building go outside over there” and had to figure the rest out for ourselves. Toilet wouldn’t flush and no water pressure in washlet, ended up fixing it myself. Bathroom had limited light, making showers kinda difficult. Location of hotel was fine and given the New Year period price was reasonable, but still 3000bht a night you’d expect better. Despite the price guest service and basic room standards should not lowered.

Too old hotel. Furniture was too old.
Hotel was too old. I booked miracle suite but they gave me room in lk miracle. Furniture was too old. Had issues with bathroom shower and flush on daily basis. Not sure whether some one stayed in that room earlier or not

The hotel has seen better days. Needs to be modernized. Old furniture, cracks in the walls, and the beds need more comfortable mattresses. The staff is excellant other than the check-in desk staff. Not friendly and almost looked put out to be bothered by the check-in.

Overall it is great value for money. It is in great central location close to everywhere, it is pretty clean, but on downside it could use some renewal for its rooms interior, the furniture and the bathroom are very old. Though still in working condition, either the shower may leak or the toilet flush may get stuck or closet doors get creaky. Otherwise, it would be perfect. I would also to point out that the breakfast there is definitely the best I had in Thailand.

Hotel is around 15 mins walk from beach road. Area around the hotel is not very active. Rooms are very clean, big and beautiful and so is the hotel itself. Staff is nice. But breakfast was usually just warm or cold and some rooms had no hot water.

Worth to stay if you like quiet environment
The location is great that can easily find several family mart and 7eleven, there is also 24hr restaurant in the main road, walking from hotel only 2mins and the taste of Thai food is good. Price is also reasonable. Emjoy😃

Awesome experience ......loved every bit of stay
Overall an amazing experience with this hotel. Staff is courteous. Breakfast was delicious & had lot of variety, although predominantly for non vegetarians. Prime location in the heart of pattaya & very near to walking street & Bali hai pier. Gym & swimming pool was a big plus in my stay.

Good position, not to far away from the action.
I had a great relaxing holiday at the Miracle, 20 days to be exact. Close to CBD with a 5 to 10 min walk depending on energy & intoxication levels! :) Staff were friendly & room was nice & clean. I would recommend for the Gym, a little maintenance on Lat pull-down (leg adjustment broken) & maybe an addition of Smith machine as I had to train every day to work off the great breakfast & multiple coffee's I consumed each morning.

Huge hotel, huge rooms fit for a king
Very big hotel with nice big comfortable rooms. Not very close to walking street if that's your thing but walk-able. Excesses of big wooden furniture everywhere which probably took a whole rain forest to supply. Pool OK if you can get a space away from the smokers. The hotel is in a middle eastern / arab quarter so lots of that style of restaurant around. Very good buffet breakfast for Thailand standards.

Well priced with great facilities
I was very surprised with the outstanding service at such a reasonably priced hotel. Good location, a great pool and the room was outstanding. The staff were excellent. And extremely friendly. The only thing I was not happy with was the restaurant down stairs. The food was average. (This is not the same restaurant as the buffet breakfast. Breakfast was also good)

Great hotel with friendly staff. Buffet Breakfast was quality with an awesome selection of food. Easy 10min walk max to walking street and all the nightlife or a 200THB taxi to most areas nearby. Worth the extra for the quality.

nice hotel except the front desk staff
almost everything good except the front desk staff are not friendly , non smiling , they look tired !!!!!! then the room is ok as space except the bed !!!! bed is on wheels !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it keeps moving all sides , usually , beds at hotels are solid and heavy on the room floor but tis beds are very light and keeps moving , then the shower tub design is not comfortable , you have to jump from thre tub to the floor ,,,,,,,,,it is very high , really very high and shower water keeps going out around the tub and fill the bathroom floors ,,

Lovely stay at LK
I really enjoyed my stay at LK Miracle Suite. The hotel and room are great and the staff very friendly and helpful! The two swimming pools are very good and there is a well equipped gym and sauna to use. the breakfast is very nice too, the only downside is that it is a little off the beaten track but still walkable to Walking Street and the main bus baht routes. I recommend this Hotel!

Terrible hotel to stay in
Far from beach and walking street, this hotel is non-suggestible under any condition. Even those 500 baht guest house rooms were better than this hotel. Cockroaches in the washroom, unhealthy breakfast, worst room cleaning service all seem to be at its worst level. Never staying in this hotel nor recommending it to anyone

Hi ..Westayed in this hotel for 4 nights ..we were 2 families. Hotel checkin procedure was quite easy and quick..Room was nice , spacious We lost our camera near the pool side and the management denied to show the video footage without a police complaint...what a shame on such policies...Taking an advantage of tourist's situation..Manager tried to help just with some printouts from video clips but dint share the recording with us

Good and Comfy Hotel
The hotel was great and the rooms were big and clean. The hotel staff was also good and helpful. The breakfast was great even though the menu was same for all days. The only demerit was that the hotel was not close to the beach, had to take bike or taxi to go to the beach or Walking Street. Overall a great hotel with modern amenities and for a decent price.

Decent hotel... Close enough to most city attractions. Gym was ridiculously hot, no AC!!! Front lobby staff were rude, inconsiderate, and not helpful. More of a 3*** hotel, perhaps.
