### Beautiful, natural flat with big terrace in the heart of the island of Rügen

Unwind and forget about everyday life here goes very quickly. In the midst of our beautiful nature in Patzig, in the heart of the island of Ruegen, you can relax listening to your apartment or on the spacious terrace listening to the birds or watch deer. You can experience beautiful sunsets and listen to the crickets chirping in.  
Much more can be here in Patzig actually do not hear, because we are far from the usual street turmoil and this is the ideal place for tours by bike, go hiking or for jaunts by car.  
The famous Störtebeker Festival, which takes place every year from June to September, are only 3 kilometers away and the large Baltic Sea beaches can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. Worth seeing is the Hügelgräberfeld of Patzig, which is with 13 barrows the largest in northern Germany. There is also the Mill Museum, and the St. Margaret church, a Gothic hall church from the 15th century. Century, which houses the oldest baptismal font of Ruegen.   
In Ralswiek and Bergen auf Rügen (about 5 minutes) you will find restaurants and shopping.   
In Patzig are 2 small village shops for everyday needs.  
  
Our holiday apartments are newly built, have a separate entrance and the car park next to the house. Our modern apartments are comfortable and spacious in its layout and design.  
  
Apartment 1 is a bright, light-filled apartment (about 40 square meters, Non smoking) for 2 people, with panoramic windows and a large terrace for evening, romantic sunsets. Here you can enjoy the unobstructed views in the unspoiled nature. You will be enchanted by the sound of birds singing and watch even rarer species, with a little luck you can watch the flying skills of the eagle pair from Nonnensee.  
The apartment has a kitchenette with a 2er ceramic hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. All appliances are new and in perfect condition. On the terrace is a barbecue at your disposal.  
LED flat screen TV with satellite connection and clock radios for entertainment. Generous storage space and a cozy atmosphere complete the overall picture. With-floor heating in you can feel comfortable all year round here.  
Of course, you will receive bedding, towels and a floor mat for the bathroom. Beach towels are not included.

Diese kleine schnucklige Ferienwohnung mit Terrrasse in Patzig, war für mich und meinem Partner ein sehr schöne Erfahrung. Sie ist modern eingerichtet. Man kann auf der Terrasse seine Abende in einer landschaflich sehr ruhigen Lage verbringen. Ich kann Sie nur weiterempfehlen.
