Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - a Doubletree by Hilton
The Staff was great! The Room and Wing we stayed in was very outdated. It was always a struggle to get hot water. They lost power for a couple hours one night which ok however the Security Lights we not working in the Stairwell leading to our room, very dangerous!

It looks like a studio transferred hotel, there is a mini kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, electronic stove, cooking wares but without smoke vacuuming.
