“We had booked a 2- bedroom flat for two weeks during the Christmas season. The property is in a great location and the parking was very handy. The building is very warm, which was great for us, as we had our baby with us. There was a Christmas tree on the landing as well as board games we could bottle to play- great touch! The flat was beautiful with lots of natural light, cool decor and lots of storage. We asked for a cot for our baby and there was one. The kitchen is fantastic and……

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“Had a problem getting checked in at 3pm . Did not get checked in until 7pm . This delay was dealt with immediately by Emmet with free breakfast and apology given . This solved the problem to my satisfaction. Emmet was excellent !!!”
