The good:
The property, lobby and room were very neat and clean. Wall HVAC unit was not as loud as others hotels in which I have stayed. There was plenty of parking and adequate items in the convenience area.
The not so good:
I received a call to have my card charged for the room before arriving. This was the first time in 33 years of traveling. The remote was not programmed to the television. Someone came to the room, tried the same thing I did, stated there was nothing she could do and left. It wasn't until the next day that someone a) bought the remote used for the lobby TV to operate the one in the room and later b) switched the remote for me to use. Later, I asked the night shift gentlemen for a late checkout (12 noon vs 11AM). He said it was ok until he pulled my room number and exclaimed "This is Expedia. No it's 11:00". When I asked what did Expedia have to do with a one hour late checkout, he looked again and said, "Well, we will just see what happens at noon". By this time I was totally turned off with the service provided by everyone except the mid shift employee on Saturday evening.
