Peyia Fontana is sympathetically planted with spacious well-maintained grounds and our choice Complex.

D201, this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing break in the Cyprus sunshine. The large terrace has a hot tub, dining table and chairs, sun loungers which make it the perfect spot for relaxing and alfresco dining with the added benefit of a Special Wood Burning BBQ There is large awning to use for shade and you also have the most amazing views of the sunset. The perfect setting to sit back, relax and enjoy a sundowner, or glass of local wine.
The open plan lounge/diner is modern, bright and comfortable with one sofa bed, whilst the kitchen is well equipped with all you need. There is large twin Patio doors leading onto the terrace and giving you the most wonderful panoramic views. There is a double and twin bedroom, both bright and welcoming. Both bedrooms are fitted with air con units. WI-FI and Smart TV are also featured in the apartment.
The communal swimming pool is overlooked from the terrace and is key to a cool down in the summer heat. The gardens with shady trees are clean, well maintained, and the perfect sunbathing spot!
This modern apartment is ideally situated, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars with Coral Bay a 5-minute drive away. Peyia village is around a 15/20-minute walk, where you are met with the most wonderful Cypriot hospitality. A great base to explore the island.
If you enjoy your stay with us, why not consider coming back to escape the cold winter months.
Many people now when possible "work from home" and some of our guests are cleverly picking Cyprus to do this from in the winter and spring. To assist we have increased our internet speed to 20Mbps with upgrade to fiber promised for December 2023. Provided a desk, ergonomic office chair, large 24 inch computer screen/s, headphones and other ancillary office equipment. We can even give you a poster of clouds and rain to put up as a backdrop for teams meetings!

Wonderful apartment with a view
This was a comfy apartment with a LARGE balcony with sea and mountain views. The kitchen was stocked with wine, juice, milk and munchies so we could immediately begin to enjoy our stay. We spent most of our waking hours on the balcony absorbing the Cypriot vibe.

Beautiful Penthouse with large terrace
We absolutely loved this apartment which had everything we needed. The large terrace has a hot tub, bbq, 2 well padded sunbeds, table & 6 chairs. The terrace also has pleasant views of the sea and hills. The apartment is on a private complex in a quiet location with a parking space under the building. The inside of the apartment is spacious and bright, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and bath robes were available. The starter pack of wine, beer, milk, fruit juice & croissants was great. Also available for our use in the apartment were toilet rolls, kitchen roll, cleaning products, wash up liquid, hand soap in the kitchen & bathroom, cling film, foil, washing detergent pods etc. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. On arrival we noticed the ceiling and floor fan in the living room were not working. We contacted Debbie from the management company and within 30 mins she was in the apartment to check the fans. She couldn’t fix them but within a day we had a replacement floor and ceiling fan. Thank you Debbie. Peyia village is a 30 min walk uphill where you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants and take aways, a car is therefore beneficial. There are great beaches nearby that you can drive to. We loved our time at Peyia Fontana and have now booked to go back next year.

Lovely apartment on private complex with friendly residents. This is a quiet location, but a quick drive to shops restaurants etc. The apartment has good air con, is spacious, the patio is amazing. Everything we needed was supplied. Self check in was easy, shaded parking spot provided. We loved our stay and hope to return. Thank you for a lovely welcome pack and holiday

Beautiful luxurious appartement
We have had a wonderful stay (1 week, end of June 2023) in this beautiful, spacious and very completely equipped appartement. We absolutely recommend this penthouse with the beautifully set (shared) swimming pool and private jacuzzi! One thing to consider: the spacious terrace is on the top floor and in the sun from mid-morning onwards. Sun shielding is limited (only 1 big umbrella): it can become very hot on the terrace in the summer months. The appartement itself has good airconditioning in the living room and both bedrooms (nb: ac's have to be reactivated every 2 hours). Big compliments for Aimee, the location manager of the property. She is such a nice person and always available for advise and tips. Thank you so much Aimee! This quiet apartment in Peyia is well situated for visiting nearby beaches (e.g. Coral Beach, a nice sandy beach at 5 minutes ride), for visiting historical sites in the region, and for great hikes on the Akamas peninsula (Avakas gorge nature trail is a must!) and in the Trodos mountains (e.g. trails to the Millomeris waterfalls and the Kalidonis waterfall). For shopping go to Paphos, at 20 minutes by car. We would stay here again!

Fabulous Apartment
I booked 3 apartments at Fontana through the same owner for after our wedding for family and friends. Wow what an amazing apartment with absolutely everything you needed and a welcome park to use on arrival. The owner allowed us early check in which was so helpful with a toddler. The whole family were blown away with the apartment. A car is pretty essential to get to the beach and shops but buses and taxis were available.

Lovely apartment in Peyia
We enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Peyia. The check in was a bit of a disaster but the management company rectified the problems to our satisfaction. Apartment was very nice, clean bathroom, comfy beds, and a great veranda for sunbathing. Wifi was good with access to lots of english film and TV channels. Communal pool was great for the kids and kept clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Great views on the patio area. Quiet location and within easy reach of beaches and tavernas. Only downside - unable to use the pool due to government interference. A shame because it is still beautifully maintained. The addition of a hot tub on the patio area helped to make up for it. Would definitely recommend the apartment.
