“I appreciated the helpfulness of every staff member I interacted with, customer service was very important to them, and I felt like they truly valued my business. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet.”

“Pillows were awful and flat, nothing to them, didn’t have choices on bed. Long hallways to room so if not close to elevator then will be long walk to room. Breakfast was very bland tasting and juices were super watered down. Rooms were good size and bed wasn’t bad considering hotel bed, ac unit in our room seemed new so kept cool well, super small fridge so plan accordingly if need it to store your goods.”

“There is not one thing that detracts from how nice this place is and I've traveled a bit recently. The staff exceeded expectations.. we've gotten so used to people that clearly don't want to be at their job that the smiles, politeness and genuine interest in how our room was surprised us all. We were a big group and everyone in our group said the same thing about the staff. I would return just because of the staff. So, we were VERY HAPPY with the staff.
