Welcome to La Margarita!



This beautifully decorated and recently remodeled townhome is the perfect choice for your next visit to Pensacola Beach! This townhome is positioned directly on Via De Luna Dr and is a short stroll to the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the huge open balcony overlooking the main drag of Pensacola Beach. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a grill that makes relaxing a breeze. With storage under the balcony for all of your beach gear, this home is ideal for all of your beach adventures.



This convenient 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.



The huge primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a smart TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The large laundry room is situated between the bedrooms. There is an additional half bath downstairs just off the living room. The open living and dining areas have plenty of room for your crew of 6. The large dining table is perfect for family meals, game nights, office space, or counting seashells. The recently updated kitchen features all high end stainless appliances and is fully equipped for family meals.



There is plenty of driveway parking available and overflow parking available. *The garage is off limits to guests.*



Bring your furry guests along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. *Note - only small to medium dogs under 50lbs are approved - strict limit of 2 dogs* There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each pet. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.

Fun Getaway

We had a great time in the house. It's about a five minute walk from the beach, which was important for us. It had everything we needed, plus a really nice outdoor space to grill out at the end of the day.

Pensacola vacay

Nice updated property with new linens, appliances, etc. Relaxing outdoor deck. Road noise was difficult first night but got accustomed to it. Better for younger family with kids than older couple due to stairs and kids in neighborhood.

Perfect getaway

Great property - not far from Beach!

Nicely appointed condo. Very clean and comfortable, and our little dogs loved time we spent on the deck! Everyone was happy! Would definitely stay here again!

Pensacola vacation

It was wonderful, clean, the beds were comfortable. The neighbors were very nice we had our 2 little dogs with us and it was nice being close to the dog parks. Pensacola is very dog friendly even the restaurant. We would recommend staying here.

A Great Getaway

The condo was a nice place to relax, filled with vibrant colors and spacious bedrooms. The bathrooms were well-appointed and had excellent water pressure. The location was very convenient to the beach, and to the rest of Pensacola Beach attractions.

Perfect stay

Perfect location, the balcony facing sun all day and protect you from the wind. 4 minutes drive from the dog beach park and 2 minutes walk from the beach. Awesome

Spring Break Trip

We enjoyed the property, it’s very cute and very clean. Property provided all of the necessities and the beds are so so so comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and proximity to beaches and loved that our pups were able to accompany us. Bonus…one of the neighbors has a little pet pig and my kids thought that was absolutely awesome. Would definitely stay again!

Nice property overall

Really enjoyed this stay at the property. We came in with our family for Labor Day weekend and although it was crazy busy in Downtown Pensacola, this property is further away in a quiet neighborhood. The house and rooms are very clean and overall the property is extremely well maintained. A big plus is the huge patio and the gas grill where you can enjoy a nice evening grilled steak. We will definitely come back next time

The perfect getaway!

Absolutely loved this property!! It was so beautiful and conveniently located. It is right on the bay and a short walk across to the beach. It was super simple to pack up and head straight to the beach. The condo itself if updated and cozy! We throughly enjoyed our trip, the local restaurants and gorgeous views. Highly recommend and will plan to come back!

The amenities were few and what was there was very cheap. There was a roach in the kitchen and a few ants around. There was no master closet. The beds were very comfortable.

Amazing stay

The house was perfect for 4 people. We had a nice quick weekend getaway. The deck was so nice to sit on in the morning and evening. Love that it’s dog friendly! The trolley stop was right across the street, which was very convenient! Also, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve felt in a while. I had the best nights sleep during our stay. Great home with quick beach access!

The house was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. Beach was a quick walk across the street just a few minutes. Local restaurants were very good. Next door neighbors were very friendly. Overall a good experience.

Great place and great service by iTrip

We thoroughly enjoyed our townhouse rental at Pensacola Beach. It was a great location for beach and getting to dog beach. Townhouse was clean and well equipped. Neighborhood was safe with nice neighbors. We had an issue with Florida Power and Light that iTrip management and owner handled for us with good responsiveness and concern. The issue was handled satisfactorily.

Comfortable, Lovely, and Great Location

I love the furniture here - very comfortable! Love how it's arranged, the perfect art work all over the place, and that we had two recliners. We are senior citizens, so comfort & convenience are important. The bedrooms are lovely and relaxing. Beds very comfortable! The deck is great and even the neighbors we met were friendly! The kitchen is great - everything you need. I was so glad we could bring our dog with us. That's #1 with me!

We would stay here again! Townhouse was clean, good location, short walk to the beach, great deck for relaxing; friendly neighbors. Our suggestions are minor: Screens on windows/doors for ventilation--we didn't need AC in April; Master Bedroom closet was off-limits and the dresser that was provided was difficult to open--the drawers stuck, so access to clothes was difficult; need hangers in 2nd bedroom closet; need additional hand-rail at front entry. Again, minor things, but they'd be appreciated.

Exactly What We Needed!!

This condo and entire experience was perfect! We love to travel with our pups and the owners were very accommodating as we have 3! The bedrooms were huge and the beds are so comfortable. I swear I slept better there than at home! My dogs had a great time. The dog beach is just 2 miles away! The condo was equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to the soft towels! As another reviewer mentioned, I would recommend bringing a baby gate of some kind if you are bringing dogs. It was great to have one to block off the stairs on the deck and let the dogs have the freedom to enjoy the huge deck. Also previously mentioned, the neighbors are so friendly! We will definitely be back!

Great Location

Just a few steps away from a trolley stop to take you over to where all the restaurants are. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and this time of year it was not crowded at all. There is an outdoor shower at the bottom of the deck which helps keep sand out of the house. The only downside is the master bedroom, it does not have any blinds covering the windows, only light (white) curtains. If you need darkness to sleep this isn't going to work for you. Around 6 every morning like clockwork the sun was up and the bedroom bright as day.

Absolutely gorgeous!

Three of us spent a long 'girls weekend' staying at this lovely gem of a house. As moms, we were thrilled to stay at such a beautiful, well kept place. It was very clean and the rooms were very large, able to accommodate all of our luggage. The bathrooms very spacious, and it was a very nice touch that each of the three bathrooms came with a 'kit' including soap, shampoo, conditioner, & body lotion. The kitchen also had a 'starter kit' with a sponge, towel, dish soap, hand soap and coffee grounds / filters. The bedroom views from both sides of the house afforded a view the gulf and the inlet, so we all were able to enjoy a view. We each took turns cooking and when we weren't out in the evenings, relaxed on the back deck under the lights and stars. It was just what we needed and would definitely return to this place in the future.
