Magic spot

Perfect for us
Nice bed, good shower, very quiet,plenty of space and park at the door. Better than staying at a motel and excellent location to explore the region .The beach was a bonus , certainly will recommend this property.

This was nice accommodation, and it was a pleasant stay. Our only suggestion would be for the accommodation section of the house to be air-conditioned.

Great getaway
Thanks for allowing us the use of your home. Was awesome to escape the city and relax - loved the views especially the sunrise and the rabbits! Proximity to the beach and the full moon was a lovely addition.

Great week away with the kids and two dogs. Fantastic location, quiet and relaxing. This is the perfect beach house if you are looking for a chilled getaway. Also in good proximity to Busselton and Dunsborough.

Perfect beach getaway
A fantastic beach house with a very relaxed beach vibe. The view over the wetlands is good for the soul! My first visit to Peppy Beach, not sure I want many people to know about it! A lovely long stretch of beach, shared with only a handful of other people. A great dog-friendly destination. Hilarious watching the dogs learn to climb the stairs (or not!). Very safe yard for the fur babies to explore. Couldn't ask for more!

Pertfect location for a quiet stay in beautiful surroundings. House well appointed and spotless. Safe garden for the fur babies. Hosts are lovely to deal with. Keen to do a winter break.

Fabulous spot the whole family (including fur baby) can enjoy!
A lovely, cosy beach house which is perfectly located near the beach. Great hosts with good communication. A fenced garden for the dog which is a bonus! Everything was clean, beds were comfy and just an all round good stay. We will be back!

Great little beach get away.
The property was immaculately clean with all the ammenities. Short 2 min walk to the beach plus you can access the beach with your car if you have a 4WD. Overall a really nice place to stay and will be back in the future.

Yard was secure for the dogs. Internet would have been good to have, as the girls were organising a wedding. Very delightful place to stay. The kids saw a sealion on the beach.

The house is neat and tidy. Plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils. The bedrooms have no heater but plenty of blankets. Very close to the beach and quiet area.

Fun summer getaway
This house was impeccably clean on arrival and we had great communication with the owners prior to arrival. Was surprised by an earlier post saying the beach was not a swimming beach, as we found it absolutely perfect and loved our daily trips. House was great for our needs and for a few nights away, however I would recommend ear plugs for sleeping, as the wind is very noisy and the house rattles a bit. But we would love to return one day :)

Lovely property in good location
The property is well set out and comfortable inside. Aesthetic and homely. Stairs to get in were a little difficult for my parents and dog but all fine once the dog got over his fear and good the inside was level. Easy access from Perth and then short distance to Busselton, Capel etc to go exploring. Close to the beach and quiet neighbourhood. Nice short family holiday.

Coastal Gem with Spectacular VIEWS!
Absolutely loved this property, only a short walk to glorious beach! Perfectly poisoned in a quiet cul-de-sac with sweeping outlook over the low lands was really impressive. Great house and well designed with separate areas. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped, had everything we looked for and it all worked as it should. Couldn’t fault the place and will definitely return and recommend to others! Thanks to the owners for offering such an awesome getaway home.

Great place to stay. We loved that the sleeping and living area was so separate so the kids weren't disturbed after bed time. Great sized yard for the dogs, it's so nice to find such a lovely location that the dogs can come on holidays with us. The weather wasn't kind to us, it will be nice to return when we can enjoy the beach a bit more. We did however manage to encounter a sea lion on our morning beach walk.

What a location!
Myself and a friend headed down to Peppy Beach, dog in tow, and had the most relaxing wonderful stay. The house was the perfect beach shack, a stroll to the stunning beach and views over the river. So peaceful. Location is wonderful if you want a real switch off, no one around! The dog had a ball. Wonderful communication and excellent value for money. Thankyou so much! We will be back!
