“The hotel is advertised as a 4 star and the hotel sign shows this too. There’s parking at the hotel which is great to see and the two reception staff were polite. We noted the good reviews and it may just be that we had a poor experience. Our room was unclean with the carpet appearing not to have been vacuumed for a while.
