“This property was perfect for me. New, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, full size refrigerator, everything worked, and good location. The staff was even better. Each one was friendly, kind, and helpful every time I saw them. The manager was the best! He went over and beyond to assist with adjusting my dates and rates due to some personal unforeseen circumstances. He was very understanding and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the……

“The room was clean. It had three beds in the room which was perfect for our family of five. We don’t normally stay in motels where you enter from outside instead of having hallways indoors. The traffic flow was pretty confusing, one way arrows going in but you had to exit the same way because there was no other way out. It was fine for one night. ”

“The room was not very clean. I am not sure the sheets were even freshly cleaned, they had something black on them. None of the TV channels worked.”

The hotel smelled so clean Smelled like baby powder from the lobby all the way to second floor. Breakfast was ok. Hot but there was no little omelette s like we were told. There was just bag scrambleceggs, but the sausage was good.”
