This home and renovated garage turned game room cottage offers modern amenities and ample space for the whole group to relax or play. This rental features a private hot tub on the back patio, a spacious flat yard that's perfect for lawn games, and granite counter tops in the main home. Across the driveway, the game room includes a foosball and pool table, electric fireplace, and an open floor plan. Both Leavenworth Bound and Leavenworth Gameroom can be rented individually.

Misleading Photos / Terrible check in
For the price we paid I expected a much better experience. The check in process was horrific. None of the door codes worked as stated, or backup codes, and we had to spend an hour waiting in freezing cold temps while I worked with Vacasa trying all sorts of codes. Finally after an hour someone was able to provide a code that worked and we got in. The game room was a separate detached building and freezing, the remote did not work; the 7 additional beds. I tried to reach a person for help but was told “a maint request has been noted”. The TVs had issues with remotes not working but all the did was “a maintenance report”. We never did hear from anyone. The hot tub was nice. But you do need to walk through the snow to get to it so that was not a fun experience. The driveway requires 4x4 but the app says both that 4x4 IS required and elsewhere IS NOT required. Thankfully we got both trucks up but one barely made it. By far the worst part is the upstairs linen closet has a kitty door for a litter box which is a sign that someone has had a cat here at some point. My mom is very allergic to cats and we would not have stayed here had we known that a cat had lived here. She had a miserable time because the cat smell is in the carpets and furniture. Unfortunately there is nowhere else to stay this late in Dec once we had checked in and we were unable to cancel. After all these issues Vacasa never offered to make it right. This was a terrible experience and I would never stay here again. Please look elsewhere.

Amazing views and super close to Leavenworth
Our group and I quite enjoyed this stay! The views from the backyard are amazing, the game room was great for our nights, and the hosts were great at communicating throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time. It was big enough for the entire family and great hiking trails. Only downside was there was broken glass on the patio we had to clean up when we got there so the kids would not cut themselves.

Magical Vacation, loved the game room
Our family loved the game room and the house. It was snowing and beautiful. It was nice there were sleds there for the kids to enjoy. We spent most our time in the game room. It was huge and had a lot to offer for a family gathering.

Starting to show signs of wear
The location, usable space, and number of sleeping spots were a wonderful treat, but it looks like past guests have been a bit rough on things. The most recent guests also dumped their leftover food in the backyard, and hid some fruit in the game room -- both of which attracted a lot of gnats and flies. We appreciated the chance to use this property and hope the damaged items can be repaired or replaced before our next visit. Thanks again!

Had a great time, but needs upkeep
We had a wonderful trip with friends and family here. The separate garage and sleeping area was fun for the kids, and the house had a nice hot tub and a great lawn which was perfect for play. The location was pretty good - about 15 minutes from Leavenworth and private - however the neighborhood was a little odd so we didn’t walk around. The house needs some maintenance though - the stair rail was coming off and a lot of areas were just a little rough around the edges. We had a great time regardless, but we’d recommend some upkeep to improve the overall wear of the house.

This place was amazing , it accommodatied our entire group 13 of us ..the children had a blast .. but please check the patio furniture before sitting on it we found a hornets nest inside the patio couch ..yikes .. other than that it was great.

Great weekend.
Pulling up into neighborhood was kinda sketchy. Some outdoor furniture was broken, foos ball table was broke. The couch in the game room was peeling......a lot. But overall we had a great weekend. The backyard is a sanctuary for sure. Would for sure rent it again.

Had a great overall stay with our friends, what bothered me the most was that the jacuzzi has too many chemicals and was impossible to stay in the water for more than 5 mins . We all got rashes and my skin was Itching 2 days after . We looked for a phone number and were unable to speak with anyone. First floor temperature was perfect however second floor I had to wear a hat while sleeping because was cold . The house was VERY clean. there is a lot of space for kids to play outside . Great location.

Home was dirty on arrival
Overall, the rental was okay. The yard was nice and big — great for big families, games, and activities. However, when we checked in, the bathrooms were dirty. Toilet paper rolls weren't replaced, the toilets were gross, and there were no paper towels. I messaged on VRBO and emailed the property manager and didn't receive a response until the day after my family and I checked out. They did reimburse the cleaning fee to us, but it would've been nice to receive a response the day we checked in.
