    Very fenestrated house with accessible balconies for the 3 bedrooms located 10 minutes from the Massif de Charlevoix ski slopes. Large balcony on the 2nd floor. A large room on the ground floor with pivoting fireplace, living room, modern kitchen and dining room with a view of a birch forest. The Neo-Rustic is located on a wooded lot; offering you tranquility and a look at the beauty of Charlevoix nature. The abundant windows will give you the feeling of being in perfect harmony with this nature!

    The house has WiFi internet.

    The house is in a mountainous region, the views are impressive and soothing!


    In summer you have access to the following activities:
    - whale watching
    - Visit of Tadoussac (1h30 by car)
    - Visit of Quebec (50 minutes by car)
    - Visit of Baie St-Paul (10 minutes by car)
    - Many hiking trails surrounded by nature (including a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk)

Située à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Baie-Saint-Paul et du légendaire Massif de Charlevoix, ainsi qu’à environ 30 minutes du Musée maritime et du traversier vers l’Isle-aux-Coudres, elle vous place au cœur de quelques unes des merveilles de la région. C’était une première expérience dans Charlevoix — et certainement pas la dernière!

Peaceful Getaway

Jean-Francios was a very good host, and the rental is spectacular. Love the seclusion and the beautiful nature. We were there first week of October and the colors of the leaves were beautiful. I would recommend this place if you want to getaway from the busy city. Only downfall, was the traffic getting there. Too much construction during the time we went. Overall, the accommodation was worth the cost. However, the spectic tank needed replacement/repair during our stay and was done within one day, but this disrupted our use of washroom and the smell was not good. Was a bit inconvenient. We should have got a little discount for this unforeseen disruption though. It would have been a very good gesture. But overall, nit too bad at all. We would rent again! Thank you Jean-Francios for you professionalism.

Immersion dans le boisé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre fin de semaine au chalet Néo. Les espaces communs et les chambres sont confortables et on y retrouve plusieurs éléments pour agrémenter le séjour : système Bluetooth pour la musique, jeux… Mais le plus spectaculaire et mémorable de ce chalet, ce sont les grandes fenêtres qui offrent une vue sur le boisé qui s’illumine en soirée. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.
