“This was a wonderful house for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and the common spaces were perfect. To top it off the location was fantastic for seeing Philadelphia because we could walk the one mile into the city. The host communication was excellent. ”

“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

“Great neighborhood with lots of great stuff within walking distance. If you have a car with you this is great - off street parking is fab and fits a smaller to mid size vehicle. Great place to share with friends as you each have your own floor with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. ”
