Penthouse Two Story Resort Condo in Ocotillo! Waterviews at The Cays!
This Penthouse RESORT Condo is highly upgraded, amenity-rich, and done with a modern style. This Security Building has safe underground parking and has Super easy access to 10, 202, 101 and a short 20 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport. The central location is close to most everything in the Phoenix metro area.
This spacious 2 bedroom 2 Story Penthouse unit has a waterview canal/pool view patio that is elevated and overlooks the grounds providing your own private outdoor living area and relaxing paradise feel. The stylish contemporary furniture includes, a dining table/chairs for 4 to help you relax, entertain and enjoy the weather.
The Kitchen provides an open floor plan to the living room with 4-star quartz breakfast bar and all the cooking utensils for gourmet cooking inside and out. The living room provides stylish contemporary furniture to kick back and enjoy your 4K 65” TV. Your full-size laundry room and lofted office area/bedroom completes the easy living feel.
The bedrooms are very spacious and have been furnished with beautiful bedroom suites of furniture. The high-end king mattress is super plush with cool touch gel memory foam and the luxurious linens will make you feel pampered and give you a great night's sleep. You also have a 4K 50" TV for watching TV in bed. The designer artwork throughout the condo creates a sense of serenity and ambiance to relax! The master bath has quartz double sinks with a walk in massive shower and giant closet. This home is equipped with high speed wifi and Directv. The 2nd lofted bedroom/office has a queen bed and ensuite elegant bath with tub walk in shower and TV too.
The RESORT offers a beautiful heated pool area with cabanas, BBQ/ kitchens and fire pits! The clubhouse is spectacular with a full indoor kitchen for entertaining as well as a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, shuffleboard, pool, steam rooms and more.
