For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

- 400 m² enclosed garden
The house is ideally located in Picauville, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
