Nice hotel with friendly staff. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but the area was clean and definitely inviting. On my next trip I hope to use the pool.

We entered our room and were greeted by a big spider on the floor by small table. Then all the towels in the bathroom were all dingy and had stains on them. Both our double queen beds were both dirty as well. They had stains and tiny black specs everywhere. Through out the night, guest banging on doors and yelling to be let in. Only stayed here because our usually place the Hampton Inn, was all booked up for the night. Will not be back. The only positive is the very upbeat accomodating guy who checked us in.

In overall it was a good stay.The check in was fast,the employees were friendly,the breakfast was pretty decent.The bedroom was spacious,the bed was comfortable,the bathroom needs to be more clean.The pool was good to swim.The hotel is in good location.The only complaint is the bathroom,keep it more clean.

Didn’t has hit water and the stuff said that it’s take longer running the water and we left more then 45 min and never has hot water, so weir people never accepted that had no hot water

Good customer service. Everyone was friendly. Wifi signal was not good all. The pool was very dirty, there was cigarettes and mostly bugs in the water. Room had a weird smell and it got very noisy outside in the hallway. Maybe we had a bad room location but other than that it was okay.

Not a family hotel
First of all I want to say that Manuel the server during breakfast was a very nice man he was very helpful and always willing to help. The other staff well they always had an excuse for everything that went wrong first no Wi-Fi in the room, you had to stand right next to the front desk to get a good signal and I complained three times and ask them to check it. When we arrived Sunday at 2:00 AM the reception said that we could have family come and enjoy the swimming pool with us if we paid a fee, when I went to confirm the next day in the morning with the day shift they said no this is not possible. There was no pressure in the water it was cold water in the morning. and then Both rooms next to us at 4:00 AM you could hear them having sex, which that is not good when you have children with you. The pool area was nice but we were not allowed to use it because they chose to put chemicals in it during the day. The hlotel was run down in some parts, the breakfast are was very hot, AC was on but it was not helping. The majority of a hotel was pretty much need some repairs in our room when we walked in it smelled clean and then when we went into the shower there was fake nails on the floor in the shower which did not belong to us and there were hairs in the bathroom. I chose this 3 star hotel because of high good reviews. We will not be using this hotel again. They need to work on communication and repairs and add to their web site, of day of no use of pool.

Not bad for money, but need to clean up their act.
Property is great, but extremely dirty. I had to ask management to clean my room, to replace linens, sheets... it was obvious they had not washed them after last guests left. Breakfast (included) was great though.

Parking lot is rented out to local DHL depot and drivers tend to loiter around after their shift, making it somewhat odd to have groups of drivers gawki g at guests

If it’s not one thing it’s another with this property! I have stayed here 3 times in the last few weeks (I have other reviews available on Expedia of my experiences) and it’s always something. This time my husband and I arrived, and the gentleman at the reception had no idea how to find our reservation which was prepaid through Expedia. He apologized and we were patient, but probably waited 15 minutes for him to be able to finally reach his manager via phone to explain the process to him. No biggie. We booked here because they had a king size bed available to book on the Expedia website, again just like before, we were stuck in a double bed room - again no biggie, but geesh! If you offer a king size bed room it should be available. We went to our room, not the cleanest, not the most modern, but acceptable- at least this time we had a working tv remote and mini split control. Everything was fine except for people being loud outside in the hallways - not the hotels fault. But then at around 11:30pm someone kept pulling at the door and trying to open it. The entry kept beeping and they kept trying to open the door. We quickly realized it was the maintenance man trying to open the door and then speaking very loudly via his walkie that the door was beeping red like if someone was inside - well guess what? We were inside and were awakened by you trying to get into our room! But - then at 6:15am, yes, at 6:15am we were awakened by the same situation!
