If it’s not one thing it’s another with this property! I have stayed here 3 times in the last few weeks (I have other reviews available on Expedia of my experiences) and it’s always something. This time my husband and I arrived, and the gentleman at the reception had no idea how to find our reservation which was prepaid through Expedia. He apologized and we were patient, but probably waited 15 minutes for him to be able to finally reach his manager via phone to explain the process to him. No biggie. We booked here because they had a king size bed available to book on the Expedia website, again just like before, we were stuck in a double bed room - again no biggie, but geesh! If you offer a king size bed room it should be available.
We went to our room, not the cleanest, not the most modern, but acceptable- at least this time we had a working tv remote and mini split control.
Everything was fine except for people being loud outside in the hallways - not the hotels fault. But then at around 11:30pm someone kept pulling at the door and trying to open it. The entry kept beeping and they kept trying to open the door. We quickly realized it was the maintenance man trying to open the door and then speaking very loudly via his walkie that the door was beeping red like if someone was inside - well guess what? We were inside and were awakened by you trying to get into our room!
But - then at 6:15am, yes, at 6:15am we were awakened by the same situation!
