“Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando……

“False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend”

“Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again. Reception……

“On the day of my check in, main office was closed so I had to go down the road. The lady WAS AMAZING. So sweet, so helpful. My issue wasn’t until I woke up at 8 am with a random man staring at me stating I should not be here , that this is not my room. I explained I checked in this is the room they gave me. He said “I’ll see about that “ then left. He did not knock. He simply walked in where myself and my minor cousin were sleeping and woke us up . We were terrified. Definitely ruined it for us……

“Old device, very bad experience, will not come back”

“Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!”
