Super clean hotel right on Parkway which was very convenient. Has a nice pool and they had movie night at the pool starting at 8pm with popcorn. Staff was very friendly as well. The breakfast buffet was hit or miss. The first day we had breakfast it wasn't all that great then next couple of days it was decent. Not sure if DollyWood always shoots off fireworks. But we could see them clear as day from the parking lot. All in all it was a great stay and we really enjoyed it!

I was skeptical on staying here because of previous reviews but my stay actually wasn’t so bad. The room looked like the picture however it could have smelled better. The smell wasn’t terrible but it had like an old smell. The bathroom was nice, kind of small but nice. The door and wall beside the door had some rust going on. The pool was great, the breakfast could have been cooked a little better but it wasn’t bad. I would stay here again.

My husband and 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights and from the moment we checked in, we experienced nothing but issues. We checked in at 11pm and it was not busy, there were 3 employees working but it still took about 45 minutes to check us in for an already paid for reservation. The app that was suggested to use as a key didn’t function and we walked into an already occupied room! The hotel in itself is a bit run down and outdated. There are no apparent renovations. The room appeared clean but smelled like mold. The 3 days we stayed, the room was cleaned only once, however, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all and we weren’t given extra toilet paper and the bath wash wasn’t replenished. Which was horrible due to the fact that the shower doors didn’t close together so when someone showered, water seeped out. I had to call the front desk for extra bath towels and wash cloths, I was told it would be up in a few moments. After waiting about 20 minutes, I went downstairs to retrieve the towels myself. The same young lady that gave us the incorrect room key was hesitant in providing me the towels until I told her my family just came front a water park and needed to shower immediately to go eat. She gave me the bath towels and stated the wash towels would be up in 3-4 minutes. This took an hour and a half as we were leaving to go eat. The ‘gym’ is equivalent to someone’s personal gym and not spacious or equipped with much at all. The pool was ok, much smaller than the pics perceiv

Everyone was professional, helpful and caring. Judy was the ultimate breakfast check-in lady. Lovely, quiet and plenty of enjoyable space to relax outside of your room. Pool is extremely busy after 6 p.m. but that's the only negative. So, get in the pool early.

This was my second time this year staying at The Ramsey. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool area is an awesome place as the pool and hot tub are open 24/7. Family friendly.

This hotel is a complete disaster. When I first walked in, the pictures online did look anything like the rooms or hotel when you first arrive and walk in. The 1st night I got there, I had to move out of my room due to mold and mildew all in the bathroom. I spoke with the General Manager who asked the front desk clerk to change me into another room, when I got into that room I then had to move again the next day due to an electrical issue which caused me not have power in the room. I was very frustrated and aggravated because this caused me again to put my activities on hold and pack and move all of my things to another room. I asked to speak with the general manager again but she wasn't available that day, and because I booked through a 3rd party I had to get in touch with someone that deals with 3rd party bookings. I eventually got a call from the day shift manager stating that she spoke with the person that deals with 3rd party bookings and I will receive my money back for the 1st night. Although I was appreciative for that, I still was not happy and unsatisfied with the level of service and uncleaniness experience I received from this hotel. Also the last room that was given to me was on the 3rd floor which they are doing construction on the 5th floor of the hotel and the amount of noise you hear from the construction going on is unacceptable. Needless to say I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

It was worth the price of the stay however the rooms were not clean. Bedding was stained and bathrooms had no air in them and were dirty as well. Other than that it was a good stay. Breakfast was included and had a lot of options

The breakfast was not that great but the hotel is nice , the room is great , it’s in a great location close to everything, the pool experience was not good , this guy kept peeing and you can smell it in the hot tub and regular pool , the fire pit is nice . The staff has great customer service
