"This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is broken, from the television remote to the toilet. The sink was also clogged, the soap holder was broken, and the heater sounded like a tractor, which made it hard to sleep at night because it was so loud. Even the elevator was broken. We asked for ice and were told to go down to the lobby to get it. When I got there, they gave us a bag of ice, by the time we got to the room, the ice had melted. There was no room service and no telephone in the room. I would not recommend this hotel."
