“We wanted to stay forever and weren't ready to leave after 5 days. It was clean, and it is so high up in the treetops that the morning sunrise and birding wildlife are next-level spectacular to enjoy (hummingbirds, stellars jays, deer). We stayed in the middle of July which was not an issue for the A/C unit in the bedroom upstairs. There is a vent from the bedroom that pumps air down to the second floor.
