"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here! The property and neighborhood was perfect! Everything you need is provided, from kitchen to beach accessories! It was clean, and comfortable. Loved having the parking pass for the private beach area. I preferred something quiet away from the crowds, and this was perfect! I found so many beautiful shells! Can’t wait for our next trip! Would definitely book this place again!"

Price was well worth the stay to have privacy and all the amenities needed. We ate at local restaurants Coconut Joes was amazing and beach is close and absolutely beautiful!!"

"Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"The place was very clean, the bed comfortable and all was good. With stone floors, I would suggest that all future guests bring their slippers. The only criticism I would make is that it is about .3 of a mile from the unit to the beach parking lot and then about the same from there to the beach, so the walk to the beach was further than we thought it would be from the listing. Because of that distance, you really do want to load up the car with he chairs and beach items rather than walk it."
