“As we wanted to visit New River Gorge National Park, this house was centrally located & very close to Sandstone Visitor Center. Plan ahead for food & supplies, as it is remote and not much around. My husband wants to return! It's a beautiful area & loved seeing the river. We got used to daily visits from the train.”

“Needed a quiet place to stay in Princeton WV while working a job there for a couple weeks. This place was an absolute gem! Nice and cozy remodeled cabin in the woods. Definitely off the beaten path, but well worth the find. Would love to stay there again if the time and place called for it. ”

“Extended family of 13 stayed for over Labor Day weekend and we had a wonderful time. The views are STUNNING and with two levels of wrap around porches you almost feel as though you’re in a treehouse Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and one lovely rainbow, wildlife sightings daily, and total peace and serenity. Comfy beds, plenty of seating for large groups. We spent most of our time in the cabin together, but Pipestem State Park is just down the road and the cabin is only about 20 minutes to...

Peggy adds a lot of little touches around the house to make you feel very welcome.
