"Loved this hotel! Even though it’s a bit pricier than others in the area, what you get out of it makes up for the cost. (Free transportation from airport and to all their parks) and free admission to all their parks as well. But the hotel itself is a beautiful place with lots of things to do. You will not want to be locked up in your room. "

"I was set up with the PERFECT room. I upgraded to a beach front room. I was by myself. I was there for my birthday but I honestly just wanted to escape the cold and get away. Most days I wanted to keep to myself which was perfect because my room had a hammock in the balcony that got direct sunlight and overlooked the pool area. All the staff was friendly. Gustavo was such an awesome server. He would wait on me during my breakfast every morning and was always so warm and welcoming. Ximenez at the front desk set me up with some great massage packages before I got there and was also very helpful when it came to money exchange tips. Rodrigo in the spa area gave me one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had. Hands like a god, that one. If you’re looking for some place fun and wanna experience Mexico, I absolutely recommend this place. The food was good. The program director likes to try and find ways for everyone at the pool to participate and meet each other. There’s always something to do and it’s right by 5th Avenue with all the shops. I’d absolutely come again! "
