“I was disappoint to spend so much money on an all inclusive resort for over 60% of it to be closed. Only one small pool was open. You’re charged for a cabana on the beach, even as a preferred guest. There were several upsells the resort tried to say was included as being a preferred guest. But all it did was give you the opportunity to pay more.
