“Great stay!”

“Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy”

“Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. ”

“This hotel is very close to the beach and has a good sea view from the room and the balcony. The staff are very nice and friendly. It also offers a free car park.”

“Room recently renovated so all new amenities in our apartment. Location is excellent , close to beach, surf club and shopping strip. Just a small downfall was traffic noise during the night. There are road works happening at the moment.”

“Close to beach, Roomy accomodation. Unit looking a bit tired. Some maintenance issues. Cleanliness hit and miss. Pool was out of action for repairs for most of stay. Staff friendly.”

“Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them……

“Excellent view and location. Overall, my wife and I are very happy during our stay. However the wifi of my room is not working and the bed is too soft for me.”

“My experience was good but people were doing so much noisy by 12:15 on sunday night, and I found it difficult to sleep. Overall good stuff”

“I have to be honest and say I would never stay at this property again. The cleanliness of the property was very average. We had to ask for another blanket because there was only a light, very small blanket on the bed and it was quite cold. The manager eventually brought us another one and it had disgusting stains over it. I had to wash it before putting it on the bed. A lot of things didn’t work in the property and it was just old and tired.”
