“一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。”

“This was a quick stopover for us to get from one place to close to our next destination. Unfortunately with our timing we arrived after dark and didn't get to enjoy the views out back, but it from the pics it looked like a cute marina. It was great having a bar and restaurant out the back, and the food was delicious (staff was also wonderful). Parking was easy and close.”

El wifi pretendian cobrarmelo aparte y tuve que reclamar porque en la reservacion aparecia como incluido. Finalmente me lo dieron sin cargo. Lo malo es que el servicio a la habitacion es semanal. Lo sabia de antes.”

“Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy”

“Our check in was after 2pm on a Sunday so front counter was closed. Room was comfortable, though it had ageing furniture. Cleaners must have been in a rush as no towels were left for us to use. There was no one to contact to rectify the issue. Fortunately the unit came with a washing machine and dryer so we were able to wash an old towel from in our car for use. There was a water glimpse from the balcony of our room. Floors and skirting boards could have been cleaner. Linen was clean Swimming...

“The managers went out of their way to help us after a booking glitch on another website left myself, my husband and three children with no accomodation late on a Saturday night. Truly grateful for their help. ”

“The location was great close to the beach and surf club The property was dated but it had its own charm the only bad thing was The carpet and tiles were really dirty our feet were black from walking on the carpet. We also had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days they offered more at a cost so we bought our own. Other than that it was convenient and not very expensive for the location”

“Avani is a lovely new hotel close to the beach & cafes. The issue is when you are there over the weekend, which was our case. On the Saturday we thought it would be nice to go for a swim & have a quiet drink in the restaurant on the top level. When we arrived we couldn't even get a seat. It wasnt until we checked out that we were told that the restaurant was operated by a different company & they had booked other parties in on the weekend.
